RETURN & EXCHANGES

This Return Policy sets out the conditions applicable to returns of products purchased on our website www.saltyfever.com. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, and we are committed to handling every return request with care, transparency, and fairness.

Any return must be reported in advance by email to hello@saltyfever.com. The customer must provide their first and last name, order number, and the reason for the return (exchange, withdrawal, defective product, etc.). No return will be accepted without prior contact and without the return form provided by Salty Fever. This return form is mandatory and conditions the acceptance of the parcel.

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to submit a return request. Returns must be shipped from the original country of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by customer service. Any customs duties or taxes related to a return from a country outside the European Union remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be:

  • new, unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and free from animal hair or human hair.

Products must have their original tags intact, be carefully folded as received, and must be returned in their original polybag.

Any return made without the original polybag will be refused. Any item returned that does not comply with these conditions (damaged, worn, soiled, washed, missing tags, etc.) will not be refunded or exchanged.

In the event of an exchange, the customer must specify the desired size in their email. The exchanged product will be shipped to the original delivery address using the same carrier selected at the time of the initial order. Options selected at checkout (gift wrapping, insurance, etc.) are non-refundable. In the case of a partial return of an order that benefited from free shipping, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned parcel. In the event of a non-compliant return, the customer may recover their product at their own expense. After a period of fourteen (14) days without retrieval, the item will be considered abandoned.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact our customer service prior to any return, attaching photos of the defect along with the order number. Customer service will then provide the appropriate procedure and issue a suitable return form.

Certain products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. This includes personalized or made-to-order products, sealed products that have been opened after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons, products that are inseparably mixed with other items, as well as digital content or services whose execution or download has begun at the customer’s express request.
