Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Sale”) govern the offer and sale of Saltyfever products (hereinafter referred to as the “Products” or the “Product”) concluded remotely via our website www.saltyfever.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

For any other information, please consult the following sections: Return Policy, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy. Additional conditions may apply from time to time to specific services offered by Saltyfever on the Website. Such conditions will be displayed on the Website at the time the specific service is presented.
The distance selling service governed by these Terms of Sale is reserved exclusively for individuals purchasing Products for their personal use (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers” or the “Customer”). For the purposes of these Terms of Sale, a Customer means any adult natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or professional activity. The Merchant reserves the right not to process orders received from Website users who are not Customers or whom Saltyfever has reason to believe are not Customers, as well as any order that does not comply with these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for Products sold on the Website and, together with the purchase order accepted by the Merchant, constitute the purchase contract between the Customer and the Merchant.
These Terms of Sale do not govern the provision of services or the sale of Products by third parties to whom the Customer may have access via links, banners, or other hyperlinks on the Website. Before placing orders and purchasing Products or services from such third parties, we recommend that the Customer review the third party’s terms and conditions, as the Merchant cannot be held liable in any way for the provision of services and/or products by third parties or for the execution of transactions between Website users and third parties.
The presentation of Products on the Website constitutes an invitation to make an offer to purchase. To place an order to purchase one or more Products on the Website (the “Order”), the Customer must: select one or more Products offered for sale on the Website, select size and color, add the selected Products to the “Cart,” complete the online order form with all required information (contact details, delivery address, and payment information). When validating their purchase, the Customer certifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale and confirms the Order at the end of the payment page.
Before submitting the Order, the Customer must verify the accuracy of its content in the shopping cart and the completed order form and correct any errors. Once placed, the Order can no longer be modified. On the payment page, the Customer will find a summary of the main characteristics of each Product ordered and the corresponding unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the payment method available, and the shipping and delivery costs. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on returning a Product under the right of withdrawal.
Before placing an Order, the Customer must carefully read these Terms of Sale. If the Customer does not accept certain provisions, they are requested not to place an Order. Any Order is deemed placed upon electronic receipt by the Merchant and after verification of the accuracy of the information contained therein.
The order form will be stored in our database for the time necessary for its processing and under the conditions provided by law. Orders will be processed within the limits of available stock or subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of unavailability of an item or a high sales period exceeding one hundred (100) business days, the Customer will be informed immediately of the expected delivery time and may cancel the order for that item upon simple request and request a refund.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices and other product information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, the inclusion of a Product on the Website does not guarantee its availability at the time the Customer confirms an Order. If one or more Products are unavailable at the time of ordering, the Merchant may not be able to process the Order. Orders that are incomplete or incorrect will not be considered placed or processed. Saltyfever reserves the right to conduct anti-fraud checks before processing any Order.
In all such cases, the Customer will be informed by email that the Order has not been processed, with the reasons for refusal. If Products are no longer available when the Merchant receives the Order, the Customer will be informed within a reasonable time and in any event within one hundred (100) days. If unavailable Products have already been paid for, the Merchant will refund the corresponding amount within the applicable timeframe. Once the order form has been received and processed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the Order details (main characteristics of the Products, price breakdown, and shipping costs).
Depending on the payment method chosen, payment may be made at the time of Order placement or upon shipment. Please note that the order confirmation email and any payment made prior to shipment confirmation do not constitute acceptance of the Order by the Merchant. The contract for each Product is deemed concluded only upon Order placement or shipment, depending on the payment method used. Payment validates the sales contract, rendering it final and non-cancellable, and no refund may be issued once the transaction is completed, except as provided herein.
If the Merchant withdraws from an Order for which payment has already been debited, or cancels an Order whether debited or not, the corresponding amount will be automatically refunded. The Merchant reserves the right to accept or refuse Orders in whole or in part in cases of product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment failure. In the event of partial acceptance, only the accepted portion will be billed and shipped.
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected by the Customer. Additional customs duties may apply depending on the delivery country and are the sole responsibility of the Customer. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees may be requested upon arrival and are exclusively borne by the Customer. Shipping costs are charged in addition to Product prices and are displayed before order confirmation. The total amount due is indicated on the order confirmation page, inclusive of shipping costs.
Any purchase of multiple sizes of the same item made for fitting or trial purposes shall not be eligible for a refund. Any accepted return will be issued exclusively in the form of a store credit, valid across the entire website.
Products are invoiced at the prices displayed on the Website at the time of Order placement, subject to availability. Product photographs are non-contractual and may include items not systematically offered for sale. Products comply with applicable French legal requirements regarding safety, health, fair trading, and consumer protection at the time of marketing.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods listed on the Website. In the case of credit/debit card payment, all information is transmitted via encrypted protocol to the payment service provider. This information is used solely to process the purchase, issue refunds where applicable, or report fraud.
For any questions or complaints relating to the sale or delivery of a Product, customer service is available at hello@saltyfever.com. Saltyfever undertakes to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Saltyfever in writing at hello@saltyfever.com providing name, order number, and billing address. Returned Products must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt. Returned Products must be in original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with all tags intact. Sale, personalized, or gifted items cannot be returned or refunded. Return shipping costs, including customs charges, are borne exclusively by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for notifying the carrier of any issues upon delivery and must refuse damaged or incomplete shipments. Saltyfever is not responsible for carrier-imposed taxes or additional fees.
In accordance with the law, the Seller provides a legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Seller. These Terms of Sale may be amended at any time without prior notice. They take effect upon publication on the Website. The Seller’s obligations are suspended in cases of force majeure.
